Using the Node Editor was exactly what I expected it to be; it was hard to use, complicated and did not understand most of it. However, at the end of the lesson, I was able to understand the Node Editor more than I did before. We learnt the RGB and how light is used to create certain effects on the maps, which is how I was able to do the bump mapping. Going through this process was something I needed as I struggle with texturing and find it to be the hardest process in modelling a character or a hard surface. In Conclusion, I struggled and was able to go past it and have gained some skills in using the Node Editor, for example, understanding the graphs and how to connect, also in addition should not be afraid to explore.
